Who We Are

COMPLX fitness is a small family owned gym in Joondalup and Osborne Park. We run small group training workouts specialising in functional strength, weight loss through HIIT and movement via Pilates & yoga.

We founded this facility in Perth 2020 in an approach to a holistic approach to health and fitness. 

Our workouts are programmed to get the most out of every session 365 days of the year.

Developed and delivered by industry experts, our popular programs focus on enhancing strength, conditioning, mobility, and endurance.

STRENGTH

STRENGTH COMPLX

These workouts are programmed to help increase strength, muscle tone and lean muscle gains. Mondays & Thursdays are designated for strength work. A structured workout plan involving 12-16 exercise variations focusing on proper form and appropriate resistance training.

FIT

CONDITIONING COMPLX

A Fast fat burning interval training session designed to burn maximum calories in a short amount of time.

Using Boxing, light resistance and body weight training our Conditioning workouts compliment the strength days to ensure nothing is left in the tank. 32 Minutes every Tuesday & Friday

FUNCTIONAL

SATURDAYS

Saturdays workouts are fun, fast and 40 minutes long. You will complete 8 x 4 minute rounds of functional strength and conditioning exercises. Workouts are designed to work in pairs or teams (can be done individually) so bring your mate down and finish the week off strong!

MOVEMENT

WEDNESDAYS

Mid week movement programmed and instructed by Pilates instructors and yoga teachers breaks the week up nicely. Use these sessions to give back to the body so it can take on more work on our other days programs.

5:30-10am (last workout 9:20am)

3:30-7:30pm (last workout 7pm)


FRIDAY

5:30-10am (last workout 9:20am)

3:30-7:00pm (last workout 6:20pm)


SATURDAY

7:00-10am (last workout 9:20am)
