We have multiple membership options to suit you! FIFO, Student, 3 sessions a week, PT Only, ADF and service personnell are just a few. How many sessions do i need to do to lose weight?


We recommend starting with 4 sessions a week If you are new to training we recommend a 2 day ON 1 day off approach e.g Monday - Workout Tuesday - Workout Wednesday - Rest Thursday - Workout Friday - Workout Saturday - Recovery/Stretching session with our pilates instructors. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. Our program has the right amount of strength and cardio training to be the ultimate fat blasting routine. We help people with diet and nutrition on request and have had many people lose weight and get stronger, more confident in their own bodies




I have never been to a gym before? Am i fit enough?


All our workouts are under expert guidance with our experienced coaches who can adapt anything to your ability. The workout can be tailored to your fitness level to ensure you get a good workout whether you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete. We make sure you are lifting properly, moving correctly and safely performing the exercises prescribed to minimize injury.
