How much is it for a COMPLX membership?
Our membership is $55 per week for unlimtted sessions Monday - Saturday
No contracts with a 30 day (4 Week) cancellation policy.
We offer 10 session passes for $200 or Casual Sessions for $25
Start up fees:
$10 Access Card Fee
$70 Joining Fee (Complete the 14 day trial and we forget about this!)
How many sessions do i need to do to lose weight?
We recommend starting with 4 sessions a week, take your pick from our weeks program.
Our Strength workouts are Monday and Thursdays
Conditioning (Cardio) is Tuesday and Friday
Pilates, Core and recovery Wednesday
Functional Saturday (Strength and Conditioning)
To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. We reccomend our Strength and Conditioning classes for weight loss.
I have never been to a gym before? Am i fit enough?
All our workouts are under the expert guidance with our experienced coaches.
The workout can be tailored to your fitness level to ensure you get a good workout whether you are just starting out or a seasoned athlete.
We make sure you are lifting properly, moving correctly and safely performing the exercises prescribed to minmise injury.
